A book celebrating Liverpool's cultural history will be published to mark the 800th birthday of the city's charter being signed. At over 500 pages long with over 300 illusatrations the book will be published in september and features contributions from the city's foremost experts on the Liverpool's history.

The book will be available in paperback at £14.95, hardback at £35.00 and a limited edition of 800 individually numbered slip case copies at £100.00 with names of purchasers of the limited edition, or a name of their choice, will be included in a list of subscribers in the book.
